COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Update - 1st July

During these uncertain times we would like to inform our customers that our dispatch and delivery operations are functioning as normal. We are continuing to monitor information from both the Federal Government and the Victorian State Government and will update this information as necessary.

In the interest of safety for our staff and customers, we have implemented additional safety and hygiene procedures for our warehouse, dispatch and customer service team including the following:

  • Social distancing
  • Regular and thorough hand washing
  • Hand sanitising stations
  • Antibacterial cleaning of all high touch areas, equipment and machinery
  • Antibacterial cleaning and thorough hand-washing before and after receiving and dispatching deliveries

Our trusted couriers have taken measures to protect their staff and customers and have introduced additional safeguards to the way they make deliveries including the following:

  • Drivers are required to attempt and maintain wherever practical, a minimum safe distance of 1.5m when delivering hampers
  • A signature will no longer be required instead your item will be signed by our driver using a unique identification number on behalf of the recipient
  • If no one is home to accept the delivery and an authority to leave has been given, the item will be left in a safe place on the premises. For the security of customers, the event may be geo-coded, date and time stamped

Our friendly office and customer team are available to contact Monday to Friday 9am- 5.30pm to assist you with any inquiries you may have.

*Please note

Due to COVID-19 our Australia wide courier partners are experiencing occasional delivery delays due to reduced staffing at our courier’s depots and an increase in freight moving through the depots. Please note that the above time-frames are a guide and cannot be guaranteed. We are still dispatching all hamper orders same day if ordered by 2pm on weekdays. We will not be able to refund delivery fees if a delay occurs with your gift hamper.
