2. Entry Limit: Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3. Competition Period: The competition commences on 7th October 2025, and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 18th December 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. Winner Announcement: The winner will be selected at random and will be announced on December 19th 2025 and will be notified via email. Prize will be shipped the following working day.
5. Prize: The prize is one (1) Festive World's Biggest Hamper (as described on the First Class Hampers website).
6. Prize Conditions: The prize is non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.The prize will be dispatched on 22nd December 2025, via standard delivery. The prize must be delivered to a valid residential address within Australia. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or hospital addresses.
7. Delivery: First Class Hampers is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by third-party delivery services.
8. Acceptance: By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
9. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the competition will be used in accordance with First Class Hampers' Privacy Policy.
10. Right to Cancel: First Class Hampers reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
