The ordering system is super easy and the communication from the team is excellent. Obviously near Christmas time some hampers are sold out which is normal, but the team always come back to us with an alternative. Our company has purchased xmas hampers for our different project partners & consultants from First Class Hampers the last few years. Every year they have provided excellent products & customer service. Last year there were a few incorrect addresses for some recipients (due to relocations during the year) and the team at First Class Hampers were onto it! They contacted me for correct address details and the hampers were redelivered within a day or two. Which was great considering it was a week or 2 before xmas!
