All non-Christmas orders placed on our website leave our Warehouse the same day if ordered by 2pm on weekdays. Orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day. We will not be able to refund delivery if a delay occurs with your gift hamper.
