We reserve the right, at our discretion to update, change or replace any part/s of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of our website following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
All prices quoted, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of GST and are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). Product prices do not include delivery fees and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
First Class Hampers accepts payment via eWay for online payments. When providing your credit card details, you are agreeing that you are authorised to use that card and it must have sufficient available funds to cover your charges.
Our hampers that include alcohol are only for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age. Gift hampers containing alcohol may only be delivered and received to persons over the age of 18. Please see our “Sale of Liquor” section in this agreement for more details.
When you order from us, we may require you to provide personal details such as your name, home or business address, email address, phone number, credit card details and the receiver/s address/es for delivery. We undertake extreme care with this information and never forward on or sell your details to any third parties…. ever.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full by First Class Hampers unless credit terms have been agreed upon.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate, clear and detailed information for the correct delivery of your purchase. First Class Hampers takes no responsibility for information given incorrectly. Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery or your hamper being returned to us. For deliveries to business addresses, the business name must be included with your order.
First Class Hampers endeavours to deliver orders by the dates requested. This however is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order or receive a refund.
Orders must be received by 2pm AEST for next business day delivery. Order cut off times will change during the busy Christmas period - Please refer to our delivery information page for more information during this time.
We ship via external freight providers. Our freight providers have been researched and chosen by us due to their ability to provide the fastest, most accurate and consistent delivery in Australia. Final shipping costs will be displayed when you are completing your order and will vary depending on the region. Currently, we only ship within Australia. We may ship gifts using other carriers with or without notice from time to time.
Delivery timeframes are dictated by our freight providers, however, please note that rare delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as road or weather events and First Class Hampers is not responsible for these delays.
Hampers going to remote postcodes incur what is called a “freight forwarding surcharge”. This charge is dictated by our freight providers and will be added to the shipping cost. This will be clearly displayed when completing an order. These surcharges and postcode areas may change and are again dictated by our freight providers.
If a receiver is not home and a calling card is left at the address by the freight provider, it is the receiver’s responsibility to contact the courier to arrange appropriate delivery. If the parcel remains undeliverable due to no contact from the receiver, it will be returned to us at First Class Hampers for a $15.00 fee which will be charged to the sender. Late delivery due to the receiver not being home does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel the order or receive a refund.
If you provide an incorrect, yet legitimate address and the hamper is successfully delivered, we cannot recall the hamper and will not be held responsible. We will not provide a refund in this circumstance and you will need to purchase another hamper should you wish to send another out.
First Class Hampers takes no responsibility for a receiver not accepting a delivery. The freight provider will return the order to us for a $15.00 fee which will be charged to the sender. Denied delivery by a recipient does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel the order or receive a refund.
If an order cannot be delivered due to inaccurate delivery details, it will be returned to us at First Class Hampers and a $15.00 charge will be incurred at the expense of the sender.
It is the sender’s responsibility to inform First Class Hampers if an order has not arrived.
Hampers cannot be re-directed while in transit and will need to be returned to us before being sent to the new/correct address. This incurs a $15.00 fee from the freight provider and will be passed on to the purchaser.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Gift hamper and delivery prices are subject to change without notice.
Where a product has been listed an incorrect price, or has incorrect written information or images, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. The purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the initial purchase.
Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of First Class Hampers. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact First Class Hampers immediately on 1300 131 151.
Cancellation of orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery.
First Class Hampers takes no responsibility for any item being returned to us by a freight provider or receiver. We will inform you via phone and/or email when a hamper has been returned. The freight provider will return the order to us for a $15.00 fee which will be charged to the sender. A $15.00 re-delivery fee will then be charged to facilitate the delivery of the hamper to the same or an alternative address.
Occasionally a hamper will be returned to us for one of the following reasons:
Due to the perishable nature of our hampers, we cannot accept returns if the hamper has been opened, successfully delivered to the wrong person or has a dispatch date of 30 days or more prior to you contacting us.
We want you to be satisfied with your hamper, whether you are someone who has received one as a gift or the individual who placed the order. If you have any issues with our product you are obligated to call us on 1300 131 151 to seek a resolution.
Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery guarantees. We will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stated delivery commitment.
Orders cannot be refunded once they are with our couriers for delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of our hampers, we cannot process refunds or accept returns if the hamper has been opened, successfully delivered to the wrong person/address.
In the event that you do not want a replacement hamper sent, we will refund the credit card used for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items.
First Class Hampers does not refund for change of mind.
In the unfortunate event that your hamper or its contents arrive damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 131 151 or email us at [email protected] within five (5) business days of the arrival of the hamper.
First Class Hampers requires photo/s of all damaged items before a replacement hamper/item will be sent, so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product.
We reserve the right to decide what constitutes a damaged or faulty item. While we take great care in packing our hampers, products and packaging may shift in transport and this is not considered damaged or defective.
If it is necessary for the product to be replaced, we will happily exchange or send a new hamper depending on the extent of the damage.
Customer Loyalty Club Membership is only available by paying a $25 yearly membership fee. This membership automatically expires after 365 days and can be renewed after this time. We do not automatically renew your membership after it’s expired. You will be asked during the ordering process of a new hamper order to re-join once your membership has expired. First Class Hampers takes no responsibility for freight being charged on any order after a membership has expired.
Hampers going to remote postcodes attract what is called a “freight forwarding surcharge” and will this be charged and is not included as part of the Customer Loyalty Club Membership. This charge is for selected remote postcodes dictated by our freight providers and is not considered a freight charge. This will be clearly displayed when completing an order.
Our Customer Loyalty Club membership does not cover other shipping charges which may result from delivery issues such as incorrect address details, re-directions, returns and failed delivery. Please see our “Shipping” section in this agreement for all other fees and charges that apply in these circumstances.
Free delivery on the Customer Loyalty Club is not in conjunction with any other offers including coupons and discounts unless communicated in writing by First Class Hampers.
By joining the Customer Loyalty Club Membership, you agree to receive via email and SMS our latest discounts, gift and product updates, e-newsletters and marketing materials.
All branding must be arranged with our Customer Service team prior to placing an order. Please see our Corporate Branding page for more information. Branding lead time takes approximately two (2) weeks and can take up to four (4) weeks to complete during busy periods and must be arranged by contacting our Customer Service team on 1300 131 151 or emailing us at [email protected] All branding set up charges must be paid in full before production will start.
A branding fee of $3 will be applied for each hamper after the initial set up cost.
It is our client’s responsibility to keep their brand identity up-to-date. As our customer you must notify First Class Hampers of any change to logos or slogans that happen within your business. First Class Hampers takes no responsibility for incorrect branding being applied after you approve your artwork with us.
Any logo changes will incur additional set up cost to be provided on application.
Chopping Board branding
A fee of $4.95 will be applied for each branded chopping board included in your order.
Chopping board branding is only available to purchase through a bulk order form and minimum order requirements are 10 hampers per order.
Turn around times for the creation of branded chopping boards is 1-5 business days. This does not the include shipping times for boards or hampers.
It is our client’s responsibility to keep their brand identity up-to-date. As our customer you must notify First Class Hampers of any change to logos or slogans that happen within your business. First Class Hampers takes no responsibility for incorrect branding being applied to an order due to lack of communication from you, our customer.
Gift Card branding
We offer every customer a gift card, free of charge, with every hamper ordered. It is the account holder’s responsibility to ensure that all logos, text and editing are correct.
It is your responsibility, as our customer to keep your brand identity up-to-date. As our customer you must upload any new business logo into your First Class Hampers account. First Class Hampers takes no responsibility for incorrect branding being applied to an order due to you, our customer not updating your information. If you are experiencing difficulty uploading a new logo, contact us on 1300 131 151 or email us at [email protected] before ordering.
Please note that our gift card logo upload feature is only for uploading business logos. We will not print photographs of any nature onto our gift cards.
While we offer every customer a gift card with their choice of message, it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that all names, greetings, logos and editing are correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately on 1300 131 151 or email us at [email protected]
Once an order has left our warehouse and is with a freight provider, a gift message cannot be changed. Your order will need to be returned to us before a message can be changed. Returning your order to First Class Hampers incurs a $15.00 fee from the freight provider and will be passed on to the purchaser. A $15.00 re-delivery fee will then be charged to facilitate the delivery of the hamper to the same or an alternative address.
First Class Hampers takes no responsibility for incorrect card messages, spelling, grammar or business logos.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.
First Class Hampers is not liable to you or any third party for the discontinuance, modification or price change of a product line that you consider a representation of your business.
First Class Hampers makes every effort to have stock available of all items, however in certain circumstances an item may not be available. If we are unable to supply an item, we reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value as necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gifts. In the instance of product substitutions occurring, First Class Hampers reserves the right to make these changes without contacting you the customer.
We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
First Class Hampers strives to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product description and, pricing may occur.
Where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, has incorrect written information or images, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information and cancel any orders due to this inaccurate information.
For photographic purposes some products have been featured with additional props. Unless an item is listed as included in the hamper’s ingredients, it is not included in the hamper.
Manufacturers may alter their packaging and ingredient lists without notice. Product packaging may differ from what is displayed on our website.

Food products provided on our web site are produced and packaged by third-party companies and are labelled with possible allergen-containing ingredients by the manufacturer. First Class Hampers does not create any of the skin, bath or cosmetic products sold online. Skin, bath and cosmetic products provided on our website are produced and packaged by third-party companies including MOR, ECOYA, MYRTLE & MOSS, SALUS etc and may be labelled with possible allergen-containing ingredients by the manufacturer. You are encouraged to read the labels before using these products. First Class Hampers will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to skin, bath or cosmetic products.

You agree to immediately update any information contained within your First Class Hampers account during purchase with us such as your home/business address, billing address, email address, and phone number so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit, cancel or refund any order. This may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, name, business name, credit card, address and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address and/or phone number listed on your First Class Hampers account.
As a First Class Hampers trade account holding customer or bulk purchasing customer, you agree to include correct invoice information when paying an invoice/account. Failure to do so may lead to us being unable to connect your payment to your account. First Class Hampers will accept no liability for account payments not being matched to an account due to lack of billing information being provided.
You agree that as a trade account holding customer or bulk purchasing customer, credit is being provided to you and that ownership of goods invoiced remains with First Class Hampers and does not pass to you the purchaser until such time as payment is paid in full.
First Class Hampers periodically reviews its trading terms and credit limits and by purchasing with us you agree that First Class Hampers may revise your credit limit from time to time and may stop your line of credit if payment terms are not adhered to.
Where Credit is extended to you the customer, you agree and accept that a late payment fee of $30.00 per month will be automatically applied if payment is not received within the time stipulated on the invoice provided to you the customer.
We reserve the right to actively pursue collection of outstanding amounts, and any costs incurred by First Class Hampers during this process, if any, will be passed on to you the customer.
We advise that for trade account customers and bulk purchasing customers, information that you provide within your First Class Hampers account and on documentation you provide during your ordering process may be disclosed to a credit reporting agency. You agree that First Class Hampers is allowed to give a credit reporting agency any personal information provided to assist us in recovering any sums outstanding.
By purchasing with us via phone, email, website and/or order form, you agree to First Class Hampers obtaining personal information from a credit reporting agency or a credit provider to obtain information which may assist us in recovering any sums outstanding.
You will be considered default on these terms if you:
First Class Hampers is not liable for failure to perform obligations, including but not limited to, the fulfilment and/or delivery of an order if an unforeseeable event occurs. If a Force Majeure event causing delay occurs, we may terminate this agreement. “Force Majeure” means any act, circumstance or omission over which First Class Hampers could not reasonably have exercised control.
